First up, the 55W Metal halide Fixture I build for my 4gal Pico.
with 14K bulb 6 month old & two new bulbs 10K & 20K.
Complete plug & play with ballast, power supply for fan, power plug for the light, built in fan.
Leg to jack the fixture up. It's 12.5" long & only 4" tall.
Use the leg to sit the fixture off your tank, otherwise too hot!
Do not run it without the fan on!
This is the light used in this thread, started with 35W HID, ended with 55W ballast driving 70W bulb.
All three bulbs are 70W HQI bulbs, Runs on 55W ballast under driving the 70W bulb & gives less heat.
