Weeding my chaetomorpha earlier and found this guy. Judging by the markings on it's tentacles, I'm almost certain it's an aiptasia, but after a few hours it still refuses to open.

Good thing is that if it's aiptasia, it's attached to the chaetomorpha, so removing it shouldn't be a problem.

it probably is aiptasia.

it most likely just ate, or received damage, theres more risk at stake than gain.

Mhm, 100% confirmed now; it just decided to stretch out. Time for a one way trip to the porcelain underworld...
