I just bought a pair of Ture percs this past Saturday and one died last night and the other looks like it is getting ready too.
I called the fish store and they said they would give me credit for them,
But i was wondering when they get Brooklynella does that affect the tank and can I put a new pair in right away.
Tested water parameters and all was ok.

Also where do you buy formalin from for future reference, I don't see it on the normal sites I buy from, Marinedepote, drsfostersmith.com, etc?

Bought my formalin from the LFS and thankfully it saved my mated pair.

I'm just still confused if it's something that's in the tank now, after bought fish died, or if i can try a new pair right away

From all the recent research I did, I think the tank needs to remain fallow for at about 2-months before you add fish. But I also read that if you add a fish that is not stressed you should not have any problems so not sure what to believe.

Yeah I dont know what to think either, I have a firefish and a 6-line in the tank that are doing ok,
I want that 6-line out, he might be the cause of stressing the fish, he picks on them so bad when i put the new clowns in before they died

Anyone know if The tank has also been infected from the True Percs I put in that died, or if it was just related to the fish?
