It doesn't make me happy to have to go through this and it made my son unhappy when 2 of the fish you sent me died....so do the right thing and lets be done with this already.....then you never have to deal with me again.....and i've offered on more than one occasion to send you via priority overnight a sample of my water with pictures of the tank to prove to you that it's not my fault.....i followed the acclimation instructions to the T......I have no other hostile animals in the tank that would stress the fish out and i left the tanks lights off for about 4 hours after the fish was released....i even offered to send you the dead fish back so you could see for yourself

And I try to work with all my customers to make things right for them, on the very rare occasions when shipments just don't work out.
In this case, your son, and then you, turned this into a different sort of relationship, one that I want no part of.
