just a side note tho... i'm sorry nyaquatics but I don't see any reason to believe your prices are better than that of LA or saltwaterfish or bluezooaquatics (or any of the other reputable online sellers) and plus they offer normally a 14 day or 15 livestock warranty.

Sure. There are lots of things you could do with it. You could use it like a piggy bank and put all your pocket change in it. Or you could cut out the back and have puppet shows and pretend it's a television set. All sorts of fun...

Maybe I was making assumptions, but these are some of the emails I got today (leading me to assume I was dealing with the "father", the one who called identifying himself as the "father"). If your biological father passed, I'm sorry for your loss.

so no refund huh?? should i report you to the BBB or are you going to help me out? i don't want the money back for shipping just the cost of the first fish....why is that so difficult for you to do?? $35 is gonna make or break ur store when my kid saved up for the fish and they both died?? it's not right and even though i'm greatful that you took the first step and tried to help us out by trying to send a second fish witch also died (and btw i bought a wrasse from another online vendor and have had no issues) just to see if what you were trying to tell me about my tank being the problem was true and oviously it's NOT....so please, be a man that runs a reputable place and doesn't try to giving a 12 year old kid back money that he saved.....

Cool, so what are you doing to address all of these apparent dead fish problems? You should post your responses, too. Not sure why you posted the emails you received. Not good business practice in my opinion... send this kid some fish on life's edge and then threaten future customers with releasing their emails when they complain?

Rock cut out all references to the "father", the one he supposedly bought the fish for.
Any question of who's the liar can easily be resolved, if there's a way for me to show the emails I posted weren't edited the way Rock's were.
I guess I could just out the "father", but that seems inappriate.

In terms of the quality of my customer service, you are welcome to check my feedback on Ebay, which is 500 strong, 100% positive.
And I try to work with all my customers to make things right for them, on the very rare occasions when shipments just don't work out.

In this case, your son, and then you, turned this into a different sort of relationship, one that I want no part of.

I will sleep on your request, but most likely, I will not throw another gift your way.
