What are these orange bubbles? After a day of being Neon Orange they change into a dark red bubble. how do i fix this?

Looks like some type of red algae, possibly stressed and glowing.

Heres another picture. The red around the Orange use to be Orange also. It is only on 2 of my live rocks.

looks like bubble algae. It does come in really cool shades..I just got the green ones though JMO but if it looked that cool I'd let it grow in but just make sure you don't let it over run your tank
