Any idea what this is? It seems to have a giant claw in the middle with two fanning appendages that it seemed to be using to collect food from the water.

its not an anemone crab..those hav claws..your crab has fans right? i forget the name of it sorry but i know it feeds on small particles and phyto in your water..nothing to worry about

yah, I think it's an anemone crab, thanks for the help identifying the little guy, it's pretty cool watching him eat with those fans.

+1 to porcelain crab, which include some types of "anemone crabs". There are likely non-porcelain crabs that live in anemones, but the most common ones are porcelains, shown by heylookitscaps' picture.
