Can a Yellow Wrasse and a Six Line Wrasse get along together in a 40 breeder?
I have a flatworm problem and the Six Line Wrasse does not eat them. The
Six Line Wrasse is 3yrs old and has no problems with the other fishs.

i have a sixline with yellow wrasse and other 2 clowns. with no problem at all
It's been established for three years so you could run into aggression issues. If decide to try it, look into techniques for socially acclimating wrasses.
