Branching frogspawn and hammer coral are both really easy to frag. Just take a pair of bone cutters and cut a branch off, then let it grow into a few more branches and cut them apart. It takes 2 seconds and you don't have fasten them to any rocks or anything tedious like that.
Daemonfly
Candy Canes are even easier (thinner branches).

Any mat/spreading softies, just put rocks/tiles/plugs together, let em spread and slice in between.
skydive
Stony corals are by far the easiest for me to frag, they can be cut anywhere.

+1. Same for all branching corals really. Frogspawn, hammer, torch, candy cane, blastos, etc.
