Is this macro algae or bubble algae? If its bubble, how should i got about removing it.. Its on my gsp frag.

it is red bubble algae, a type of macro algae. maybe botryocladia pyriformis, maybe skottbergeii. take the rock out of the tank and pluck it off. After the plucking is done scrape and brush it for any residual. dip in tank water that is removed from the tank (a rinse, but don't rinse into the tank), than brush again and then rinse again - (again do not rinse into tank).

so it is: Pluck, brush, rinse, brush, rinse add to tank. (When you pluck don't squeeze the bubbles, sort of run your finger towards the base, dislodging the bubble from the rock)
