We are currently experiencing intermittent problems with our Internet service, which causes the site to go down without warning. Our servers are hosted in house so if our Internet service is not working the site isn't either. Our phone service is also VOIP so if our service is down so are the phones. We *should* still get e-mails for some reason so if you have any questions while the site, if the site, is down... feel free to send them over.

Update. Email doesn't appear to be working either. We are more or less dead in the water for a bit. Verizon claims they will have tech support out here by 2pm PST.

lol. we got fios data and video first. a month later added phone. now I have 2 bills and no bundling despite talking to a rep who claimed it would all be straightened out.

believe me, if I could have my own ds3, I'd be on it!!!

After verizon inadvertantly disconnected our service, we were informed late today that service would not be restored until tuesday or wednesday. BAAAHHHHHH!!!!

I have restaged the box somewhere else, so please excuse the slow bandwidth.
