Ive got a proper trap thing and 3 nasty crabs I think.
Do i just put it in the tank and switch the lights off and wait? or do I put some frozen food in there?

I would put food in the trap, thats the only thing that will lead them to it. Or, if possible, just fing the rock they are on and yank it out of the tank.
