I just wanted to share my experience with InTank and StevieT. I purchased a media rack and no fault of InTank it arrived with some minor damage. Obviously the shipping company's fault. They had to have set something very heavy on it because this thing was packed for a bomb blast. I notified StevieT by email and within 5 minutes I had an answer back. In less than 24 hours he had a brand new rack on it's way. I am enjoying it very much BTW. It is very well made and IMO a perfect piece of equipment for the Nanocube. Thanks again Steve.

Now I wouldn't call it minor damage! They must have really crushed or dropped it to break what they did. Those white boxes the baskets go into can support 200 lbs. then add in the void fill and outer box.

I would like to give thanks to InTank and StevieT for there wonderful acrylic inventions. They make my AIO function to its fullest. The packing is hands down the best I have seen with there crush proof boxes. The super fast shipping is why I keep returning for more of Stevies acrylic masterpieces.

+1, got my underwater light very quick, although I ended up cracking the clear lens it came with. Stupid moi.
