How can I make a 1 gallon sump for a standard 2.5g AGA tank. I have a 1g tank that I was planning using. I don't want to drill or anything. What will I need??

I doubt it, You'll probably have to get them (most overflow boxes come with bulkheads already) and then put it together yourself. Try looking around though chances are none one is selling a 1g sump. you might also want to look into to putting some baffling up to prevent sand from messing up the return pump

for a tank this small, drilling may be your best option. You have to worry about breaking the glass though. A HOB overflow would take up a lot of space in such a small tank.
