Yasha's are really pretty (I've got one in my tank), but they're very shy- I don't see mine (or her shrimp) for days at a time, occasionally for a week or more, and when I do see her, it's usually not for very long at a time.
If you like the dracula gobies, you might consider an S. nematodes- they have a bunch of common names, hi fin red (or black) banded goby, yellow-faced prawn goby, filament-finned prawn goby, blackray shrimp goby, etc, etc. They look a fair amount like a dracula, but are about 2/3 the size- and about 1/3 the price. They're much more active and social than the Yasha. Mine (yeah, I have 2 different shrimp-goby pairs in one 70-gal tank) is out and about pretty much all day every day, from when the lights go on until they go off.
Here's a video that shows what they look like. Mine does that mouth gaping thing whenever another fish comes near the shrimp hole, and even nips at my other fish and hermit crabs.
