Weld-On No. 4.

Don't sniff the weld-on wink.gif Methylene chloride will give you a narcotic buzz, but it does cause cancer too ohmy.gif

Don't spill it on your skin, any amount of washing won't help. It's absorbed in less than a second. I guess I'm trying to say be careful! Have fun with the rack!

Weld on 3 and 4 are fast drying liquids. Weld on 16 is a gel like solvent that goes on more like a silicone

Haha, I remember those. The jingle has to be the worst in history!

To get those bubble free seams, after cutting the piece down to size but 1/16" over size, use a router to clean up the edge- for a baby bottom smooth joint.

Then lay the piece on the side, upright and using angles to help hold it perpendicular like a "T", then insert needles (I use acupuncture needles) to space the pieces apart.

Apply the Weldon #4 wait several seconds then pull the pins and realign the piece if you moved it and then walk away for an hour or so.

heh heh not nano-size

good luck

MEK is supposed to work too if you can't acquire Weld-On. Fairly nasty fumes.
