Well, I have 2 MP10s and one is so loud it is driving me crazy. It is the wet side. 1st one I ordered from Marine Depot not quite a month ago and it is really nice. Second I ordered from Marine Depot less than 2 weeks ago and the noise level is incredible.
I swapped wet sides out with each unit and it is the wet side that is the noise maker as the noise followed to the other unit. Yes, I have centered and recentered the unit and it is not that.
I have contacted Ecotech 2 times with no response.
I have always heard good things about their customer service, but maybe the purchase of only 2 MP10s is not worthwhile of their attention, I don't know.
Anyone had noise problems with their MP10s and been able to get it taken care of?

my noise reduced after removing the spacer////which was recommmended by finnex, but oh well. ditch the spacers and see if that helps/

I thought the spacer removed when using on glass under 3/8" would void the warranty/ I will give it a try and see if that helps. It has been going for about 2 weeks now and the noise is not reducing any.

Glass under 1/4" i think not 3/8" (that is the max thickness for the mp10). no spacers on mine and it is not loud.
