Couple more pics for ya. Since my frag tank was going into the livingroom, the wifes only rule was it had to look good. Since you can't buy a 20x20 stand, I had to build one. first pic shows the inside of the stand with the ReefKeeper Lite mounted to the header and the 10G AGA sump. I got a 4yr old daughter so it had to be tucked away inside with the door close (she loves those buttons!) Outside was finished in plain ol black formica and the inside was just painted white (after tons of KillX primer)

All the ReefKeepers "guts" are under the bottom shelf of the tank. Just got a simple cover over it held on with magnets, slight neat freak so I don't even like seein it with the door open wink.gif

Sumps got no baffles, basically just a refugium. 15lbs of sand, about 10lbs of live rock and a ball of cheato make up the refugium, all came from my other tanks and is atleast 5 years old. I built a baffle for the return pump to sit in to keep the sand out. From there it splits off to feed my reactor full of Chemi-Pure and the return back to the tank.

tucked in behind my ATO reservoir is the pump for the ATO and my reactor. I'm way to lazy to empty a skimmer every couple days so I've never really bothered with em. I had a Tunze 9002 at point in my life, heard they were good and everyone loved em, I HATED it... never had one since.

The 3/4" hose on the far left is my emergency drain, the 1/2" is the output from the reactor and the 3/4" is the silent drain from the display. The bubble tower is 2" acrylic tube drilled on the bottom then siliconed to the bottom of the tank. I also made a simple holder for the tower out of some scrap black acrylic I had laying around.

Then, a simple little rack made out of more scrap acrylic to hold my PH & temp probe, 2 float switches (only one installed and the airline for my ATO. Thought it looked simple and clean.

My Ehiem 1250 needs a new impeller so that crappy, noisy & way to big to fit in my baffle pump is taking its place for now. I'm still waiting on my Ushio 20k, I've never ran just mh with no actinics before, I'm really hopin it looks better then the pure @ss coralife 14k I got now.

I got sps from my 90G I just shut down, probably end up trading that and a couple mushrooms and rics I'm holding for someone else... other then, this tank will eventually become strictly Zoas.

I'm really digging the "no-baffle" sump - makes the fuge HUGE smile.gif

This is a very nice frag setup, good job on the build!

Here ya go

I made a nice lil black acrylic cover for my overflow... somehow I ened up thinking it was scrap and it got donated to my sensor rack in the sump, its on the todo list.

I like the 6025 for flow, some might think its overkill, hence the strategically placed rocks in front of it, got another one i'm gonna add tonight on an opposite cycle.

A couple more Zoas.

Dragons Breath

Dragons Fire

Rainbows

Finally figured out how to get both my 6025s running the way I want. I set each as a light on my RKL with a 13 hr run. Twice a day they overlap for 1 hr and run individually for 11 hrs. Poor man's tide simulator... adds a lil variety to the tank.
