I took my Koralia's apart this weekend for a good cleaning and didn't realize that I had let one of the washers go down the drain. When I plugged that pump in, I heard a loud buzzing/grinding noise. I just got off the phone with Hydor and the guy knew what I was calling about before I even finished the story and he is sending me new parts out today free of charge! Just wanted to pass this along. Very happy with how they responded!

Yeah hydor has great customer service. I lost a magnet to a koralia before and they sent me one free of charge.

When I decide to upgrade to a wavemaker system, its definatley gonna be a hydor product
