I'm getting a yuma in a bit and i want to place it on my sandbed, BUT the three nassa snails i have always crawl around my tank looking for food and have sometimes even crawled on my zoas to take their food.
My sandbed is 1.5 inched deep and i still want it to be stirred. What should i do? What inverts would be good to help stir the sandbed and not disturb the yuma?
I have a 10gallon tank

I don't like the nassa snails......they steal food from my zoas and ricordea that are on the sand bed at mess with the zoas on the rocks

+1 on the ceriths, a small army of several dozen dwarf ceriths from reefcleaners should clean your sand, rock and glass.
Nassarius help if you feed a lot of meaty stuff but at least the way I feed ricordia with tweezers/baster and the pumps off there really isn't enough waste to need them.

I'll try the ceriths from the LFS if they have any. I have scarlet hermits that are on the sandbed but they rarely walk around the floor and i have a spaghetti worm that eats pellets that are left on the floor.

get a tiger sand conch if your tank is big enough. mine keeps the sanbed clean, and i have never seen him crawl on the rocks.
