I just fragged some zoas for the first time and was wondering what they might be worth (per polyp), as well as the chances of anyone wanting them. I dont know what the "name" of any of them are, but thats not a big deal to me.

Also if anyone has any comments or ideas for improving my future fragging for future sale/trade LMK!!!

I think that you should ask what you want to get for them. I know that is kind of vague, but that is just my opinion.

thanks! I used the method that I read about on zoaids.com mine didn't prove to be quite as easy since they came off a mixed rock. I wanted only one color per frag, so I took a couple pics of each rock I was slicing up and hoped for the best once they closed up.

Sorry the answer was so generic, but If you fall into the selling for the names then it becomes all about profit. I sell frags, but I use it to pay for equipment/supplies and it is a way to keep me in tune with my systems. I personally think those frags should be priced between $5-$15 but that is just me. I don't like to attach the names because I think it kind of kills the whole experience and turns it into a designer/materialistic thing.

Looks like you did a good job with the fragging. Are those glass or acrylic plugs? How do you like them? I used glass once, but they were thin and a B to pick up with my tong things. I found the marble tiles from lowes work great, $12 for 144, can't beat that.

All other frags appear to be same coloration as some I've mentioned prices for above.

Yeah Im just trying to get enough to try and get some new bulbs (nice antics & 14 or 20k MH bulb). And to have a little fun cutting them up! They are acrylic plugs, I like them a lot. they are light enough to move around but those tiles sound nice and cheap!!! for being my first time doing this I was surprised how well they turned out. I didn't have a single polyp die!!

I haven't shipped before but i have been reading up on it quite a bit as of late. from what I understand zoas ship pretty well, so that might be a possibility when I do.
