What does the 5 dollar at the door no guaranteed space mean? Are you saying that I when I make the drive that there is a chance I won't get in because the space is small? To purchase only not to sell.

Not at all.
It means, it is $5 at the door to get in. You are not guaranteed a table space to sell frags on.
The room is 1600 sq ft so space should not be a concern.
