Real nice stuff there. Unfortunately I can never get passed the checkout process before someone picks off things in my cart and then I end up waiting around until the next batch is listed. I've tried 3 or 4 times now.

I'm sorry to hear about your missed opportunities! It truly is unfortunate to be ready and willing to purchase something only to be informed that you no longer can, so we really are sorry.

I'm also thus sorry to say that in this regard there is little we can do to help with this problem . Sometimes our updates "sell out" within an hour or less, however sometimes they take at least a day if not a few. The best advice I can give you is to stay on top of our updates (like it seems you are), and keep trying. You will be happy to know, however, that there are certain color morphs that we try to offer as often as possible, so if you missed one that you really liked it is unlikely that it was a one-time offering. One other thing you can try is if you see a piece you absolutely must have, just immediately purchase and checkout with that one, then go back and continue shopping and in the "notes" section of the second checkout, just tell us to add it to your first order's shipping box and we'll be glad to do so (and we will combine your total amount spent and give you free shipping if all of your purchase totals, obviously before shipping costs, is $250 or more!).

I know this is a case of the waiting game, but I hope you'll understand that the issue is largely out of our hands, and regardless we truly appreciate your repeated patronage. So good luck in the future.
