Yeah the LFS that I got them at had another goby just like it in the same tank and the Pistol didnt like him much. So I got the same kind of Goby out of another tank and since I put them in the tank they seem to be getting alond real well. THe Pistol started digging right away and the Goby is slowly making his way into the hole!!

The Pistol had to pick the shallowist part of my sand bed to make his home! how can I make him move?

You can't make it do anything. All you can do is create better locations for a burrow and hope it moves. Some people have even made pvc tunnels.

hey i just bought a bullseye pistol and goby myself.. did your pair off??? ive read that the bullseye wont pair with a goby.
