This is the second time I've dealt with AquaCave.com,
and I have to say, they are still a great company!
This time around, I ordered 4xT5HO bulbs.
3 of the 4 worked perfectly.
the defect bulb misfired everytime I tried it.
I emailed aquacave about it and before I knew it, a new one was on its way!

i just got my order from aquacave, jbj ato, and i do have to say their customer service is top notch, and shipping cost were not ridiculous either.
