Tank is looking absolutely fantastic David. That is one heck of a blue Tort you have there in the first pic.

What I can't get over is the size of these....all of your pieces, besides a couple of frags, are nice and BIG. I bet it looks amazing in person.

Thank you so much Nate ... This Tort I got back in July ... it was so brown ... I have to find an old picture of it ... It looked like a pile of poo ... seriously ... you wouldn't even want it in your tank ... lol ... but this is what it turned into ... now everyone wants a piece of it!

Thanks Adam ... I am getting tremendous growth on EVERYTHING ... of course but the Purple Monster ... but it is growing ... at least ... lol ... I don't know EXACTLY what I did differently with this tank ... although I think getting it set up with some great equipment right from the get go ... really helped out ALOT! The only major difference was keeping a tiny TINY sandbed in the main display while having a DSB in the fuge ... as well as trying out the Fiji mud.

There has been so much growth in the 1 1/2 months that this tank has been set up ... it's amazing to see!!!

Just got back from IKEA!!! Picked up a pair of their LED strips ... one all white and one colored ... really just to supplement my VHO's ... They are AWESOME!!! Pics to come!

New IKEA LED lights ... not looking for growth with these ... which they are not capable ... just testing them out to see the colors I can get with them.




I also got a new Blue Milli Colony and a small frag of the ATL Crayola Acropora

Update (long overdue) ... lol ... been so busy with the season starting up and all ... haven't had too much time for anything else ... Just got finished with my new publicity photos ... concerts ... Making a few local TV appearances ... etc.etc.

Anyways, picked up some amazing corals from my friend tonight ... A giant Efflo COLONY ... WOOOHOOO ... a colony of A. Loripes ... and three awesome encrusting montis ... Appleberry ... Tropicana Twist and some other one we couldn't identify.

Pictures to come as long as I don't get sidetracked tomorrow!

Glad to see all is well and you've been busy with good stuff.

Can't wait to see the new pics. The only question that remains; is the efflo colony holy?

I cleaned up the sandbed last night when I got home while these guys were all acclimating ... Shifted some stuff around the tank ... I have these new Acros on the sandbed for now. My RBTA decided to shift in the middle of the night ... to a very nice place actually ... hopefully he will be happier where he is!
