Thank you so very much!!! it was a pain in the butt that's for sure ... took a few days ... serious planning (I suppose ... lol) and some real manpower to get this thing set up ... I really should videotape these events from now on ... lol ... would be quite amusing actually. I am glad I sold off a number of my fish ... too much stress on the bioload for my taste. Everyone seems much happier now as well. It's going to be great once I get all of my corals back! I am going to switch out 2 of these 4 VHO's for 10K's or something ... get a broader range of colors going on in there. Or just save up for an LED fixture which would be even better! We'll see!

Miracle mud or live sand in the fuge?
I decided to redo the entire sump ... it's neat and organized now ... unlike the disaster it had been ... lol ... I have always used live sand there ... but new system ... new ideas ... just like trying something different.

I got everything hooked back up ... Ca Reactor, ATO, Phosban reactors, etc.etc. This was a very successful tank transfer ... YEAH!!!

new fts looks even better. I give you 1 week till its full of corals and 8 more fish!

I eliminated (not literally lol ...) Hippo Tang for her nasty habit of lifting frags and dumping them wherever she pleased. Six Line (g/f is getting him ), Foxface, Flame Angel and Anthias Trio (Lyretail) ... I am going to try another Borbonius Anthias at some point ... I am debating on this Ruby Head Wrasse I have still ... we'll see!

Ok ... so I know I have been doing all SPS tanks ... but I am really considering mixing it up this time ... top portion dedicated to SPS ... lower half with some nice LPS ... elegance, brains, acans, chalices, Blastos and maybe a Golden Aussie Torch (that would be very sexy!!!) I don't want to say I am tired of all the SPS ... but just not a tank solely dedicated to them.

Getting a nice Acan colony for in a trade for a pair of MH bulbs.
