So I am thinking of setting up a 20L frag tank....originally I was going to do 2 70w DIY metal halide fixtures.
Now I am thinking Odyssea 30" fixture....but, the 30" fixture is 380w and I'm thinking that may be too much for such a shallow tank...any inupt?

I would be more worried about high temps...do you have an extra chiller for it? Or AC and a fan haha

Yeah, that was one of my concerns. I will probably hang it. I was thinking 6"+should keep temps ok. How well do you think that would work? Maybe some fans...lol...for the price though those fixtures have me sold.
