arent you lucky xD i think the 2-3 days thing would be find with corals dont ya think? they can go a couple days without any light

i say 2 days max. Most corals will slime up polluting the water raising nitrates and ammonia, which isnt good when they are in a little bag for a few days

Well I'm gonna be starting a pico. Hoping to run the same set-up as you for a budget, because I'll be starting a 55g soon. How are you liking this setup? Are the lighting good enough for all your zoas? Thats basically what I'll be having, a bunch of zoas, and maybe a goby. I was gonna go get a K-2 but I thought that was overkill for a 3g. haha.

the light is working our perfectley, my zoas have actually colored up a bit with it ha ha. i am loving this set up, however you do need to top-off a lot. an Auto top off unit will be great. thats why im working on a DIY ATO.

Oh dang. Well I found a super awesome plastic tube that is PERFECT for feeding. I fed my 9 head acan lord in 5 seconds with it! I can't wait til I get a sun coral now.

i need acans for both tanks lol. my LFS os having a sale for acan frags with 10 heads for only 60 lol

Tripod makes it easier. I just started on my coldwater tank pics and use manual focus and it is awesome.

the last few pics i have taken i used a tripod and it turned out a little better but not much lol
