I'm going to be custom building all in one tanks using all-glass aquariums. Sizes will range from 2.5g to 75g and will be built to your specifications.
Each tank will have the following options:
- Spray bar return w/Maxijet PH
- Locline return w/Maxijet PH
- Hang on fuge light (passively cooled or air cooled)
- Media rack(s)
- Frag rack(s) [Acrylic or eggcrate]
- Built in frag rack (best for prop tanks)
- Peninsula style
- Standard style
- Center style (Only available on breeder tanks, great for 4-sided viewing)
- Painted (black or blue; false wall, floor (for barebottom), rear, sides)
Here's a picture off a 20L AIO I built.

For the first couple of tanks the cost will be just materials and a frag or two as I'm trying to get a bunch of tanks under my belt. I'm eventually going to create a website and do this as I'm going to school for a source of income. If you're interested shoot me a PM or e-mail me at LevineXB@GMail.com
It's also worth noting that I'm trying to design a skimmer and wavebox for these AIO systems and will post if I can get something concrete. If you're interested in buying a system and have any other ideas I'm sure I can fabricate whatever you need done.

Wow cool.Be even cooler if you sold it as a DIY kit.

That's not a bad idea, the only problem I foresee is getting everything to fit correctly without having a copy of every tank at my house. The dimensions may be a bit tricky. I'll definitely give that some thought though.

would be a lot easier to ship the kits.
go to your neighborhood petco and get one of everything, make a model, then return the suckers

Thanks for the ideas guys. I'll be going ahead with it and shipping out DIY kits with everything built, all you'd need to do is silicone it into your tank!
I guess I'll create a new thread soon-- This one should be fine for the meantime though.

DrCooper, 75g won't be a problem. Just going to have to get 1/2" plexi and may cost a fair bit amount of money. But I will be more than happy to build it for you.

wow that is some nice work. could you do a aio system for my new rimless tank. it will be a 20x24x20[l/d/h]. so i think the 'box' could be about 4" deep. so something like 20x4x20. i like to keep water level appr. 1" below top edge. i can send you a simple image of the setup i would like.

I'm looking for an acrylic AIO...I used to have one made by some guy on here, but I can't remember who it was. Something in the 8-10 gallon size would be perfect.
Think you could shoot me a price on something like that and send me some sort of mock up on it?
Thanks!

Now that the weather is finally starting to cool down I'm going to start doing this again. If you need any kind of acrylic fabrication let me know! Overflows, AIO's, media baskets, lids for your tank... anything.

QUOTE (JBM @ Nov 24 2009, 05:10 AM)

Ok so I'm writing a review for brett & his service.
Nothing but a gold star. The fit & finish is superb. While I would like to point out a minor flaw, reality is. I can't. Everything that I asked for, I got.
One of the skimming teeth did break during shipping, but I can't blame him because that is the nature of shipping. It was very well packed.
So rating on a scale of 1-10? 9.5
Would I recomend to others?
Yep
Will I be a return customer?
Yep
Does he have fair pricing?
While any diy'er can do it for less, it's still cheaper than other aio's like the bio cube.
Any questions feel free to personally pm me.

Could you make a cover for a 29 biocube but instead of a solid lid, have maybe a 1" frame that I could attach clear 1/4" mesh to? I think there might be a lot of people looking for a screen top to stop their fish from carpet surfing.

Alright guys, in the spirit of Black Friday I'm going to run a deal. I'm going to discount all my work by 10% if you order on Black Friday.
Since I probably won't be able to get all quotes out by then. If you paypal me $0.25 it will lock you in on the 10% off deal. Paypal is LevineXB at Gmail dot com - The discount however will NOT apply to things like pumps or plumbing, just on the acrylic work itself!
You will have two weeks to complete your order with me for the 10% off if you want to get in on the deal!
THANKS!
