When I received the shipment there was a great big hole punched right over the FRAGILE sticker on the box with the bulbs and reflectors.
(This was totally the fault of UPS, not ReefGeek.)
The UPS guy wouldn't let me look inside to see if it was okay, so I had to refuse that part of the shipment.
After a little communication back and forth, Greg at ReefGeek agreed to ship out replacements within a couple of days.
The next day there was a tracking# in my email box, and I received the replacements today.
Packing was SUPERB.
Bulbs and reflectors were in a box, foam around that box, then placed inside another box.
I found out later that Greg had been at MAX 2009 when this all happened, yet he still made the time and effort to see that I was taken care of.
I would recommend ReefGeek.com to anyone looking for good lighting, esp. T5HO.
Not only do they have good products at excellent prices, but their customer service goes above and beyond, something that is not so easy to find these days.
