Full Version: Question on Fish for our resident CARib Specialist
Any suggestions for fish that woudl do well with "Masked Gobies" A peaceful tank so to speak. thanks!

pipefish. been liking them more and more lately so they are on the brain. Seaweed blenny is another favorite, seems smart lots of personality, etc... personal favorite species. Maybe a darter or a dash goby...orange spotted goby..trying to think of some of the fish I had .... chalk basslet might work, what a cowardly fish! Your masked gobies might torment him. 
just some more I have had that were peaceful (although hard when comparing to masked gobies) :
belted or a whitestar cardinal - both pretty small like 2 inches tops
School of fry greenies would look cool, hard to feed though. A friend kept them and had to feed a ton of phyto it seemed
ohhh...3 line basslet!
tesselated blenny but good luck finding one. Maybe someone from Texas would be better for that. Live in acorn barnacles so they better be a good diver, usually found pretty deep. - never had one of these, but if you can find one who cares if they are a little aggressive?
I have heard lantern bass can be mean, but that hasn't been my experience, I like them too.
Always wanted a dwarf frogfish. Not that they are safe at all of course, just thinking of fish I have always wanted etc...
By the way went diving today, saw a manatee so I figured I would go check him out. On the way a pod of dolphins ran past. We were in the intracoastal, so it is kind of weird. Manatees always and the occasional dolphin or 2, but a pod..;that was a first for me. Must have been like 8 or 9, hard to tell they went by fast, and when I watched them later the water was too murky to see them from above.
not sure if this fits in the size of the tank. I know we talked about this tank but they all blur together at some point.

maybe that is a 3 line, they are yellow. real small? like inch and half? link?
I love green banded gobies, I really suggest getting one of those.
