Do not obligate yourself if you are not going to show up! Last year we had a very fun event, and everything went great with plenty of happy faces.

Here is how it works, You PM me what you are bringing, and what you would like to recieve(SPS/LPS/Zoas/etc.) on the 10th of December, I will build the spreadsheet,(yes, I know how to do those!) and email/PM everyone who they are gifting to. If you do not have anything to offer, that is ok too. You can let me know that you will give the other person a gift certificate(doesn't have to be to Sho Tank, but they are being gracious enough to host the event.

Plan of events:
1200-1300; setup/arrive
1300-1400; socialize/shop/whatever
1400-1500; swap frags/leave or stay and give Matt a hard time if you want to see him dive in the 1300.

THIS IS NOT A CMAS EVENT! It is open to everyone.

After Party @ BlakDuc/GrandeGixxer's house!!!

I live about 15 minutes away from ShoTank and will be hosting an after party for anyone who wants to attend. I will supply some beer, some food, some music, and a sump that you can float your frags in to keep them warm if you need to. I have plenty of parking, and I will shovel my driveway the morning of the event!

Please RSVP for the after party when you send me your request for the SS Swap.

Last year we had about 10 people, this year I would like to see at least double that. We only had about 3 weeks to plan that one, so hopefully since this one is announced earlier more people will be able to plan accordingly. I hope to see everyone there, maybe even Frodo can make an appearance?

Some new additions to the swap! A couple that are not going to be able to make it are going to be donating some frags that we will raffle off(for free) at the end of the swap or at my house. I haven't decided when yet, but so far I think everyone is coming to the after party so it would work to do it then.

I need 4 volunteers to each bring 1 side dish(potato salad, rice, beans, salad, whatever). I am going to be cooking Santa Maria Tri Tip(if you don't know what it is, google it, it is good! If you are able to bring a side dish, please let me know asap.

The swap is only 3 weeks away! If you haven't let me know of your intent to go, please do so as soon as you are sure. I have already started buying food but I don't want to be short.

I will keep everyone posted on any more updates or changes.
