Been dealing with Ken on a Finnex light and Heater. Customer service has been top notch. He seems to always be available and quick to respond. I have not recieved my products yet, they will be shipping today, but I'm sure if anything bad happens Ken will make it right. Ocean Reeflections is top notch in my book. Will update upon arrival of goods.

I'll chime in here, Ken was great in handling my CAD Artisan tank order as well as associated accessories. Responsive customer service, helped me make decisions on what heater to go for (love the ViaAqua heater), and pestered Eddie at CADLights on my behalf when my tank was back-ordered. I also received a defective SpectraPure RO/DI and he took care of the exchange ASAP for me. Great service and if you're in the market for a CAD aquarium Ken will take care of you!
