I forgot to put in feedback for Scott at Aquarium Specialty the first two times that I ordered. I ordered two Tunze Nanostreams when he was offering his sale about a month ago and couldn't be happier with the way my order was handled, the communication back and forth, and it was even better that Scott called to make sure everything got to me and whether I was happy.

He came through again this time. I ordered a Phoenix 14k bulb from him on Friday. I am going to be out of town on Monday and would not have been able to get a package. I asked him to look into Saturday shipping since we live in the same state. He said that he usually didn't do Saturday shipping but would make sure to check with FedEx about it and he would absorb the extra cost if any. My bulb came in yesterday, shipped in a nice LARGE box packed with packaging and bubble wrap and the bulb fired right up.

Couldn't be happier with their service...it's nice having someone in state I know I can order quality goods, get great prices, and even better service.
