Let me start off by saying I love my nanocustoms hood...but lately only half of the lights have been working. Only the lights hooked up the the bottom on/off switch on the ballast work consistently. When I turn on the other on/off switch, those lights will come on for about five-ten seconds and then shut off. Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated.

I had the same problem with my 3.24 hood. Did you make sure that the cord that goes to the ballast box is plugged into the card from the hood properly? There's a little bump that needs to line up with a notch. Hard to explain so I hope that makes sense. If the plug is rotated, they won't work right.

yes...I made sure all my connections were clean and that the ballast cables were properly aligned. I'm wondering if it's not something to do with the ballast.

When I had my problem they were very helpful. They had me open up the ballast box and take photos to show them via email. If you haven't already, you might want to try contacting them directly. Good luck!

Sounds to me like one of the Workhorse 3 ballasts you have in your external ballast box may be on the fritz. How long ago did you purchase the kit from us? If you e-mail me at info.nanotuners@gmail.com I should be able to look up your customer account. I'd have you give us a call, but our Internet connection went down at 11am today and they say it won't be fixed until around 9am tomorrow!
