Ah well, more coffee for me I guess.
Sure would like one of those pancakes tho...
So anyway, while I'm sitting here in the deserted Lounge, I thought what the heck, I still haven't picked out a chair and decided to go shopping.
I'm thinking this one might work.
It's appropriately throne-like, and yet a little crazy at the same time and looks comfy.

Just talked to the realtor our offer is being faxed over as we speak. Let the countdown begin.

I hate to tell you this, but the whirlwind won't stop once you have a contract on a house.
There's a lot of other details involved and you probably won't be able to really take a deep breath til the house keys are in your hands.

They say they'll tell us in 48hrs...but we all know how that goes.
Even if the whirlwind doesn't stop, I have to imagine it'll slow a bit with all this...we have competing offers on this one too
We think our offer is probably good as long as no investors have gotten wind of it yet.

Wow, I have the exact opposite problem, my plate is very, VERY full!!
I was doing chores and hanging with my 2 yr. old.
I think NRF should have KP duty tonight for leaving us hanging on breakfast after promising luscious pancakes.

My fav LFS shut down a few months ago, so I've been going to a few of the others lately.... I didn't plan on going to one any time soon, but I suppose I could drive for an hour there and an hour back for the sake of NR's amusement......
