Just got the actual lights for it today, 2x150W Sunpod + 2x24W T5 actinic. My next project will be to combine my 2 NC12s into another 29gal. I am trying to get down to 3 tanks and a 5.5 pico but I am going to have to get rid of 1pr of clowns. Which means I will probably end up with 4 tanks and a pico.

Finally got the final canopy from Ty this week. It looks good.

I honestly don't know.
The FTS itself doesn't look all that impressive.
Everything is just thrown in there cause it's temporary.
There's a pile of LR on each end and a Frag Rack in the middle holding a bunch of corals.
The corals themselves are a lot nicer to look at.
I have a bunch of stuff in there, Softies, LPS, and SPS.
I'm thinking about clearing out a bunch of my SPS though.
I'm having a harder time keeping SPS lately and I'm just getting stressed out with it while trying to get the stupid upgrade off the ground too.
My aquarium used to be a source of relaxation and stress-relief and I really need to get back to that place.
Mebbe I'll post a few coral macro's, including the SPS I might unload, after getting the boys to bed.

SPerry, the one in the first pic that you liked is one of the ones I was considering getting rid of. It's an encrusting Monti with a Yellow base and Blue Polyps. It's a decent sized chunk, I can sell it for $35.

I do want the Superman Monti, I've wanted one for forever, but I think it would be wise if I waited til I get the new Upgrade going and stabilized before trying to put anything like that in there.
The other one you liked is Er1c's Peace Coral, and there's no way I'm letting that one go. It's one of my favorite's in the aquarium. If I can get it to grow well, I'll give you a frag of it down the road.

I traded most of it to a local member.
I only have one small frag of it left, I can sell it for $15 if someone wants it.
The small frag IS NOT as brightly colored as this now. I haven't been able to get it to color back up after all the stress it went through. Polyp extension is fine, it appears healthy, just won't color back up for me. Base is a pale color now and polyps are a paler Orange.
I looked for a current pic of it but couldn't find it.

Here is one HS kid with a Spring Break story that will be hard to top.
He came over early this week & asked if he could fish in our pond which he has done a few times.
He usually throws them back but took about 8 nice sized bass home. He said the really big ones weren't even going for the bait.
Two days later he came & fished where he caught the bass. He had no luck at all. He sat on the dock & put in a couple of lines with chicken liver on them. This is what he caught on a small rod & 8lb. line.



Weetie's youngest was really impressed.



That catfish had to be 10 lbs.

My husband & his friend talked the boy into coming back the next day & help the rest of the week
putting on 4000+ sq ft. of tin on our roof. He took home a tidy sum Sat.

That fish was HUGE!
It was really cool to see IRL.

Well TOUGH, I'm gonna tell you anywayz!!!

After watching me stress out at her house all week trying desperately to find a tank that would work for my upgrade (I'm embarassed to admit I even resorted to RC Classifieds in total desperation ), Mama Sue took pity on me and is gonna let me use her old Prop Tank for my upgrade.
It's an AGA 30B, and measures 36 x 12 x 16.
I'm either gonna put a 36" 4 bulb Tek fixture over it, or this retro:

I'm leaning towards the retro right now cause it has better reflectors than the Tek fixture and it comes with bulbs.

I had been thinking of taking apart a 29g aquarium but decided against it after some PM's back and forth with people who have done that sort of thing. It's more difficult than I had initially realized.

Spent hrs. last night on WC's on all 3 tanks after being gone for a week, and acclimating Fosi's Tax Refund frags to my system. Hopefully gonna ship those out to him this week.
Also got a couple purty new additions from BibleSue's prop tank, mebbe I'll get some pics of those up later tonight.
