Speaking of Xenia.....

OK WL crew, here is NRF Xenia ghetto transporter....lol. Sent some from NJ to the US Virgin Islands this week and stxexample tells me it arrived in great shape. The frag was tied to the "bottom" with black thread. shipped with plenty of water. I once bought some from a fellow reefer who shipped it tied to a foam block, well, it flipped during shipping and the foam block actually kept it smashed to the top of the bag and damaged it so that it died a few days later.

Anyway I am happy this worked. I know some see this cool softy as a weed. Many, like me, find it awesome and relaxing to observe. It would be great if this helps peeps ship this stuff.

John had bought a bunch of frags from me but the main thing he really wanted was Xenia. I told him about its poor shipping record, but I explained about my idea. Since he wanted so many frags I said I would send some for free just to try my idea and I'm really happy the little fella made it and it feels real good to know the whole package made another reefer so happy. He told me nobody wanted to ship to him. We pmed back and forth. I explained my feelings on shipping, how we are both taking a chance, yadda, yadda. And I decided to give it a go. Poor guy sent pay pal before I could log off lol.

I think I know how Mvite felt hooking up so many people. Feels great to make someones day with a box of cool corlz.

Speaking of xenia, here is what I see when I do dishes at night. That xenia on the top right started out as a tiny baby from the wall of Weetie's tank 2 years ago. I love to watch the flowing reflection. You are right, Rich! It is very relaxing-something we all need when on KP duty.
