i tried to get that ruled clarified to really mean nonessential tank goods (aka...pumps, heaters, extra tanks, etc. would still be in the budget, while additives, eggcrate, etc. wouldn't). o welllz...i'll live with it, and be happy that i can have extra freebies that i can take advantage of, but i think it really hurts the noobs in the contest.

a little bit. we went back to the townhome that got flooded, but it was still in REALLY BAD shape...they gutted it and left it, but relisted it for the same price

went to another one that offered a 35k line of credit for fixing the house up, and couldn't figure out why the line of credit was needed. looks like it just needs new carpet and some landscaping help. So we're waiting to get all the disclosures for it, and will probably put in a bid for their asking price less the 35k line of credit that we dont need.

I gotta ask, how many funny looks did you get? LOL!

Even managed to walk puppy this morning, I'm so proud of myself!

Thats nice. I walked the puppies this morning to only cause I can't just open the door and let them go out to use the bathroom. Darn apartments.

Mornings are an extremely ebil thing. I'm forced to battle with them on a near daily basis! I'm usually the victor, but occasionally am on the losing side.

Currently trying to figure out what to do about my lighting situation on my Sexy tank...with the aid of coffee...

NEVER-NEVER-NEVER eat Arbys when they are in a gas station. One of my sons said the last time he ate at one, he got sick but we decided to save a stop later. The other son on the trip was up all night & very sick, the other son & I had stomach pains & he still doesn't feel good.

I've got a full day today! Web orders, coral to frag for the swap & a contest tank calling for my attention!

one of the best arby's we had in Kentucky was at a truck stop. never trusted the one that Amber worked at in high school...i knew the people cookin the food there...

There are a lot of A&W/KFC combos around here that fail at life. They use the same oil to cook/fry everything which makes it all taste like month old chicken...

The battle with morning is now over...commencing my attack on afternoon...
