I understand. It is extremely crowded. We took my parents and my mom was in a wheel chair. I got to push her all over DW (waited all my life to push my mom around lol) and it was a pita with all the people. During the parades there is an area of the sidewalk that you are not supposed to stand in so people can get through easily. I ran over a girls foot because they stopped in front of us to watch the parade. I cant say I felt too bad since I was trying to get my mom back to the bus to leave for the night. Not everyone has a good time unfortunately. People pay alot of money to go and then spend half the time inline. We have been 5 times and still not seen everything lol.
LOL I marched in one of those parades during some music week my freshman year of high school. A few dozen bands mostly high school age plus normal crowds makes Disney World a not fun place to be.
I would do Cozumel or the Cruise. One of my coworkers goes on vacation and diving a few times a year. He says Cozumel beats the pants off Cancun.
Disney World is fun, but it's way more fun not on a budget, so I'd wait for that one.

If I had the money I'd send you again in the "off season" justsoyou'd have a good experience. Then again if I had then money to do that I'd have season passes myself and go several times a year lol.
Between the lines and the price tag, DW just doesn't sound that appealing. Relaxing on nice sandy beaches sounds much better, and easier on the wallet!

I've been to Magic Kingdom 5 times. Once when me and each of my younger siblings were young, plus once more a few years ago so that the youngest would have a trip there he remembered. I enjoy it, but I've been enough times to know what to expect and I don't mind crowds. It probably helps that I can be very nostalgic, so the Jungle Cruise and Pirates of the Caribbean never gets old!
They've updated the Pirates ride with a Jack Sparrow look alike. I thought that was awesome. Next time I want to see Animal Kingdom, but I suspect that'll have to be on my own dime.

Awww thats so nice of you to say. I think my dislike probably also has to do with not really being a fan of theme parks in general. I went to 6 flags in St. Louis once and spent all day there and only rode 4 rides due to the lines.

I thought Animal Kingdom was one of the better parks. We got to see most of the parks as part of our package deal for being in the parade. Epcot was the worst if memory serves correct.

Skillzy, Thanks for the input. I think it's between Cozumel and the cruise now. Unfortunately when I ask my wife what she wants she gets mad at me lol. It's crazy, normally she gets mad if I dont ask her. You women drive me nuts! 
Animal Kingdom is awesome though! We get park hoppers each time we go so we go to all parks. Hollywood Studios is ok and Epcot is just crazy. They all have their own style. It's worth going to each park at least once.

Well, for one, I'd think you'd be able to find better help. They aren't very sneaky. They can't even recover their own soccer balls. I don't even have a Sandlot-esque dog either. Plus, they shot at my house, so I doubt you would have authorized an act that could constitute a declaration of urban war. It's a good thing I wasn't outside when it happened.

I had Sea Life rocks only for the first couple of years in my first tank. No more than the usual algae issues that would cycle through.
Before I took my big tank down recently, I took the sump out of the mix because the algae improved after I forgot to hook the circulation between the 2 tanks back in after a water change. The GHA & cyano all went away & it was on almost everything. Something was causing it in my sump. I thought it was my bulbs which did need changing but that didn't seem to do much good. I had even taken out the sump, cleaned everything including the tank itself & put it back after getting out all the algae I could in the display tank. The problem still came back. It was something in the sump. Maybe rocks in the sump leeching out phosphates. IDK HTH
Sue! I got my light! I wasnt expecting it till later this week. Awesome packaging job too! The tape on the end... is GONE! I fixed that in 30 seconds and now it like new

Between Cozumel and a cruise I would take the cruise! I just got back from a 7 day Carnival cruise (got back to Miami yesterday!). Stopped at Grand Cayman (great diving, snorkeling and shopping), Isla Roatan (great diving and snorkeling), Belize (great diving and snorkeling, 2nd longest barrier reef system in the world), and Cozumel (great shopping).
Multiple ports with something for everyone. I love cruises because so much is taken care of for you. Food is all provided, pretty much anything you want. Good room. Good room stewards to keep your bed and bath fresh. Plus since you get to go to several different places you don't get bored with just one place.
I've also been on a cruise to St. John, St. Thomas, and San Juan. Awesome!!!
