I can't say. I was born in the mid-80's, so I don't recall much of the TV of the day.
I do like the Project X one though. 
Project X is amazing. getting that one too.

The first one hasn't colored up any from when I got it from Brent.
The recent ones from minirex had better color to start with, but they haven't been in my tank long enough to color up.

Opy, the polyps on the Gorg are a lot more delicate in appearance and I think the green on them is a little more "electric" and a deeper green in color.
I have a hard time getting a pic to show their intense green color.
Yea, the ones at work under my 70W MH look brighter (more electric) that the ones at home I fragged them from that look dark green like grass lol.
