My plan was to cut a hole in the top and seal it with plexi or something so that light could get inside. Or I could drill holes and use InTank underwater fuge lights and seal them with silicone.

I used a fluval 305 on my fresh water tank years ago. I bet you could modify the lid some InTank underwater LEDs. Just drill a couple of holes and silicon or superglue them in. It would probably seal pretty nicely.

Cut a hole in the side and seal it. Like the back of a biocube modded with a fuge. Get a 4 gang box from Lowes and put a CF in there and velcro it to the side. That way the pump can stay inside the lid. Oh yea, the pump is inside the lid by the way lol.

Also, I enjoy fringe. It is the only new actiony drama show out now (that I watch) that doesn't emulate the "Lost-we tell you nothing, but make it seem like you got something" style (ie- "V" , "FlashForward"). They actually solve a case every episode which is refreshing. And in regards to the last episode. They stole that idea from "City of Lost Children"

Because apparently there is quote "nothing going on anywhere after prom". And I'm 24 and keep a refrigerator full of beer. They're 18 and apparently don't have any older friends or any trusting parents. I damn sure am not going to be the one responsible for what goes on after prom for a dozen or so high schoolers...

My friends and I all got a couple hotel rooms after prom. I told my sister that and she asked "What'd you tell Mom you were doing?" My answer "That we all got hotel rooms at the beach. They trusted us." She quit asking after that.

One of the many upsides to living in the country.... we didn't need hotels, we just found a barn or a secluded part of the woods.

Yeah, spots like that can be found if you know where to look. Or if you have a 4x4 you can just go out on one beach that allows trucks.

I didn't drink, so I didn't really need the hotel room. What I was interested in could happen just fine in my parent's Suburban I borrowed for prom. The girlfriend drank though, and it was fun to hang out with our friends.

And this part was easier after she had a few pops in her!

That was the high school girlfriend. She is long gone. It didn't really take any alcohol. Great for me. Unfortunate for me that it didn't take much/any to work for other guys either.

Elizabeth was the college girlfriend and has since stuck around to be the "young professional" girlfriend. We'll see if she becomes the fiancee.

I'm going to. We don't have the money for a (good) ring or a wedding though, and I'm not going to half-ass either. We'd rather have our house right now than a rock and a tax break. Plus I'm not expecting anyone else to pay for a wedding, that's the dumbest tradition ever...at least with us working class people. If her parents were loaded, hell yeah, write that check! I'd be fine with no wedding, but I'm smart enough to not mention that idea.
