Hi

I just received my JBJ ATO today, and installation was a breeze. Two problems however:

1) sensor number 1 never clicked in correctly, and I am unable to take it out b/c of this. I have tried firmly but am reluctant to use force b/c they dont look too sturdy. How can I get it out and is something wrong w/ the sensor clip?

2) There is no audible buzzer when it turns on. I was probably gonna disconnect it eventually but for now I would like it to get a better idea of how frequent the pump is turning on. Any idea why no buzzer?

nime does not have a buzzer either. the sensors can be a pita to get out, use some more force.

Not to hijack your thread, but any ideas for best placement in an AP 24 would be? Im having some issues where I may put it since when I run filter floss in the back chamber the level in the front of the tank goes up, and the other way around...again sorry to hijack!

And use force, I thought I was going to break mine getting it off!
