I am installing the 4.36 mod right now and I am wondering where I should place the ground wire (yellow wire with O connector) from the stock endcap wires? Thanks for any help you can give!!!

Generally that gets attached to a "standoff" somewhere in the hood, and will provide a ground in the even there is a short circuit.
We recommend putting it between the heatshield (metal) and a standoff in the hood. (screw mounting point).
