Any chance this will be available with actinics any time soon?

We decided to allow the end user to use his own bulb/ballast, which is why there isnt a separate kit. The biocube has 2 remote, independent ballasts, which can be used in conjunction with the Retro.

Why pay for something you dont need to buy?

Did you ever try this with a 150w mh bulb? If you did what issues did you run into? Were the heat issues a concern for the water temp or melting the plastic?

If a person made the plastic cover move 1" closer to the water, added larger fans in a push/push configuation and dremmeled a new vent near the feeding door do you think the heat could be dealt with enough so that a chiller isn't required?

Do you think with the above mods it would be possible to add another 70w mh to the kit you are selling?
