can i change any thing like lighting if i stay withen the 40watt peram. and do it befor the 20th? ar am i stuck with whats on my thread?

Wowa, what does this mean? I've ordered the hob filter, circ. pump and new bulb from UK like three weeks ago, but because of customs delay I haven't received it yet.. Am I in trouble??
