NewZealandReefie
Heh, cool song but not the inspiration. Actually not much inspiration for this one. The name is more a concept. When the black silicon arrives and the tank is built more photos will come. Move to the new apartment is the 12th of May but the tank may get wet before that (I work for the company that manages the apartment so I have access to the keys) tehehe. Link to comment
NewZealandReefie
Trialing a simulated sunrise with the Radion First photo taken as light hit around 20% Final photo taken at around 80% Bit of a comparison, Radion on the left, halide on the right. Of course the spread of the halide is still effecting the left side but this wasn't meant to be all scientific and shiz Link to comment

NewZealandReefie
'scape looks a bit flat in those photos. Will post more some other time. Loving the look of the custom laser cut overflow combs though and the frosted vinyl name looks neat on the stand (the letters and junk are the chemical composition of obsidian). Link to comment
NewZealandReefie
Slower progress than initially planned but meh, things are starting to move ahead now. There's a hood yet to come, it needed another coat of paint. Should be ready next week. Link to comment
