iglowce Posted April 11, 2010 Share Posted April 11, 2010 after 1 year of interruption, i am back to the hobby. I have decided to use my 30g tank as the sump (soon to be refugium). I got a new 37g tank. So i will have a total water volume of 67g (minus the sand and rocks). I will post picture tonight of the new tank.. it is still recycling. hopefully you guys can give me some inputs. thanks in advance FTS (5/1/10) Link to comment

iglowce Posted April 12, 2010 Author Share Posted April 12, 2010 here's the tank profile: main tank: 37g tall sump/refugium: 30g tall lighting: aquaticlife vho t5 skimmer: aquaC remora overflow box: cpr cs 90 with mag 7 return pump circulating pump (in tank): tunze (forgot #) extra pump (in sump): hydor koralia 1 future livestock: tomini tang OR kole tang (please don't call the tang police on me) 2 clowns (not sure what type.. MAYBE a pair of nakeds) that's all. maybe i add another fish if i decide this tank to be FOL leave me your comments.. thanks in advance! Link to comment

iglowce Posted April 12, 2010 Author Share Posted April 12, 2010 well i had to move to the new place. i used the term cycling but its just the new water. rocks are at least 1.5 year old. got live sand. so yeah! Aren't scats supposed to get pretty big? Like 12 inches or so? it'll take a while to get to that size. i'd say for my size, they get to 6 - 7 inches max Link to comment

I didn't purchase it yet but it's going to be 48x24x18 with starphire on 3 sides anyone has a truck in so cal, give me a holler Link to comment
