The purple arrow indicates the LM317 connected to the red wire. not the 470 ohm

Don't connect the 10K resistor to ground. That gets connected to the DIM+ wire. The 0.047uf cap should be connected to ground, which don't currently.

hi evil,
i know this can sound kind of dumb coming from me, but where is the ground on the board? i'm going to attempt the next dimming circuit next eek. i saw what i did wrong on my circuit.

Ok, I made this to aid in clarification



Red lines are solder traces on the bottom of the board
Black lines are component leads
Blue lines are top side wires

Gonna post this in the Meanwell thread. I'm going to make the circuit anyway and post pictures, but this should get people started.

Well, the 1.5K is close enough to the 1K and 470 ohm series combination. The output voltage is a little lower with the 1.5K resistor, but it's just fine.
