I think that if you put in two clown gobies may fight with each other, I havn't heard of people having more than one clown goby in the same tank. The sixline's aggressiveness is hit or miss, but definitely introduce the sixline later... |

We bought a mated pair of yellow clown gobies and put them in a 600g display. At the LFS they were in the tank with another single yellow clown and there was no exhibited fighting. The pair was very happy in the bag and bucket acclimating no fighting at all. After adding them to the display it all changed.
Over the course of a week they fought continuously in the display tank until only one was left... We felt bad but there wasn't much you could do to get a clown goby out of a 600g display Not sure why there was a sudden change in temperament, but just a heads up. I've heard that mated pairs usually get along just fine, and different colors can often be done in the same tank. But that singles of the same color may fight. -------------------- My 10g Reef!!! I was meaning the same type or species of gobies, maybe a yellow and a green--they wouldn't fight would they.
I just really want a 6 line or a comparable fish that swims through rockwork...not too interested in something that simply hangs or hovers in water column...although pretty not bery interesting.... -------------------- |

Gobies, although pretty, aren't the most obvious of fish and the usually just sit on a rock (or in the middle of you sarcophyton so it'll never open up) and you have to search for them... -------------------- |
